    Overall, we had a pleasant stay at JC Residency. Although we initially encountered a cleanliness issue with our room, the management addressed it promptly and transferred us to a new room right away. The service from the polite staff was commendable throughout our visit. Additionally, the food was delicious, and having both breakfast and dinner included made the stay great value.

    The location of hotel is excellent as it is near Kodaikanal Lake and bus stand. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. There are beautiful flowers and birds with a lovely garden. However vegetarian option for complementary breakfast is good but dinner is average.
