    Room was clean and spacious. The bed in our room was king size easily would accommodate 2 adults and a kid. Play area was fine. Parking was fine. Electric car charging options also available. Staff was helpful. Food was good. Just that refilling of the items took little longer time. Would recommend to go early for dinner. Overall it was a nice stay.

    We recently stayed at JC Residency Kodaikanal. The location is convenient as it is situated within the city and provides easy access to nearby attractions. One of the best aspects of the property is its beautiful and well-maintained garden. The greenery spread across the property creates a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere, adding to the overall charm of the stay. The staff members were exceptionally courteous, friendly, and always willing to help. A special mention to Murugan, Aida from the restaurant team, Karthikeyan, and Mahendran for their excellent hospitality and service. The property itself is quite old and would benefit from better maintenance and upkeep. The overall cleanliness was average, and some areas require attention, particularly the bathrooms, which had an unpleasant odor. There were also insects and flies noticed inside the room and even on the bed, which affected the comfort of the stay. Additionally, the water flow from the faucets was inconsistent at times. The staff and the beautiful garden are definite strengths of the property. With improved maintenance and better room upkeep, the overall guest experience can be significantly enhanced.
