    We are very upset of Reception Lady behaviour. I invite friends for my wedding & I booked the hotel. But the way lady treated omg I never expect,she was completely helpless.& Very Rude. So we never come back. I don't recommend this hotel.

    I stayed in a AC room. The AC was continuously making a weird noise and it was very uncomfortable to sleep at night due to the sound. The linens were washed but there was stains in it.

    Here’s a stronger version that stays factual and is more persuasive if you later pursue a refund. Our stay was extremely disappointing. The room was in unacceptable condition: visible mold, filthy and outdated bathrooms, dirty bed sheets, an unclean bathtub, dirty floors, and worn-out furniture that looked like it hadn’t been properly maintained in years. The overall level of hygiene was far below any reasonable standard. We raised these concerns with the management immediately, hoping they would resolve the situation. Instead, the staff were dismissive and rude, showing little interest in addressing the issues or ensuring we had a comfortable stay. Poor customer service only made an already unacceptable experience even worse. The hotel’s photos and reviews gave a completely different impression from what we found. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values cleanliness, comfort, or professional service. Management urgently needs to improve both the condition of the property and the way guests are treated.
