    I recently stayed at Hotel Cabana for my birthday, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Right from the entrance, the valley staff behaved rudely, which completely set the wrong tone for what was supposed to be a special day. Our check-in time was 2 PM, and even though we arrived at 3 PM, our room was still not ready. We had to wait another 20 minutes despite paying ₹25,000+ plus taxes for the stay. The service throughout was extremely poor and unprofessional. The staff was rude and uncooperative. In the morning, we requested towels but instead were sent water bottles — which honestly felt careless and sarcastic rather than a genuine mistake. Basic service expectations were not met at all. It was my birthday celebration, and I expected much better hospitality for the price charged. Sadly, the experience was zero in terms of service, management, and staff behavior. The only positive aspect was the food — it was exceptional and truly the best part of the stay. However, because of the poor service and rude staff, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    We were travelling from Jammu and, due to heavy fog, decided to halt at Jalandhar. We chose Cabana after hearing a lot about the property and expected a premium experience, especially since we booked a Premier Room. Unfortunately, the stay did not meet expectations at all. There was no in-built heater in the room. Instead, we were provided with an old, noisy portable heater, which initially was not even working and had to be replaced after we complained. Cleanliness was another major concern. Even 3-star hotels maintain better hygiene standards than what we experienced here. The side tables were covered in dust, clearly not cleaned properly. The washroom curtain was yellowish and had an unpleasant smell, which was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. Overall, this was not the Cabana experience we had expected or heard about. If the hotel is unable to provide a comfortable and hygienic stay in their Premier Rooms, they should reconsider offering these rooms for booking. Very disappointing experience.

    Very good experience, good service and all staff were very good. The ground was very pleasant. All the facilities for a four star with nice clean bedroom. Everything was excellent
