    Overall stay was good and pleasant Only one point wish to mention is my booking was with BB but the hotel refused and charged for breakfast and the Breakfast rate was bit high and breakfast was not so good.

    The hotel is decent and location is very good as all the best eating and shopping places are just around the corner and I feel that's the reason people pick this place otherwise the hygiene is not upto the mark. Bath tub had hair stuck in the drainage I had to call them again to clean immediately after checking in, even the coffe machine was dirty which had to exchanged. Front office staff is slow in response most of the time. It's the hotel I will go if I have no other choice around the area.
