    I booked stay at this resort for 2 night for the occasion of our anniversary, the rooms showed in pictures are deceiving and not worth for 10k per night.

    I had a very disappointing experience at this property and would not recommend it to anyone. The reception staff were rude, unhelpful, and far from welcoming. Considering the premium amount I paid through Agoda, I expected a much better standard of hospitality, room quality, and overall service. Unfortunately, the experience was completely underwhelming. The property is marketed as a heritage resort, but in reality it is an old property with only some renovated rooms and common areas. My room was not properly cleaned and felt poorly maintained. The children’s play area was also dirty and neglected, which was disappointing for families traveling with kids. Another issue was the overall crowd and atmosphere at the resort. The behavior of some guests was loud and inconsiderate, which negatively impacted the overall experience and made the stay less enjoyable. When I contacted the reception regarding the issues I was facing, the response was that they were “helpless” and could not do much because it was a heritage property. I found this to be an excuse rather than a solution. Being a heritage property does not justify poor cleanliness, inadequate maintenance, or substandard service. Overall, this resort is highly overrated and does not offer value for the money charged. There are far better options available in Mahabaleshwar. I would strongly advise travelers to avoid this property, even if it appears to be available at a discounted price.

    Hi Team, I recently completed a stay in Chambers Club Mahindra, and I am writing to formally log my dissatisfaction. Club Mahindra experiences rarely disappoint, but this particular stay was a major letdown and absolutely not worth the money. While I appreciate the good location and the polite nature of the staff, the core elements of the hospitality were incredibly poor: The Room: I was expecting a quality room with a good view, but the accommodation provided was underwhelming and sub-par. Basic Lack of Standards: There were no proper toiletries provided in the room. Dining: The breakfast was entirely tasteless and definitely not worth the price tag. When I book a holiday, I expect a relaxing, premium experience. Instead, this felt like a waste of resources. I wanted to bring this to your attention so it can be escalated to the property management, and I expect a proper explanation and appropriate recourse for this substandard experience.
