    We had a booking for 24-25 and another booking in my kids' name for 25-26th June. We were told that my kids can check in the same room we were staying in on 25th June. Surprisingly on 25th morning the hotel staff insisted on changing the room which we didn't wanted. We requested a lot but surprisingly the reception staff who promised me the same room next day refused that she said anything like that. At that moment we were moving out somewhere and all our luggage was unpacked with some valuables also lying around. In this whole episode we lost precious 30 minutes and faced high level of mental agony and stress. The Manager just said a word of Sorry for all this episode which was also formal and nothing from heart. They told me that the whole floor has been sold out for some exhibition and they have no other option. My opinion is that not worth spending so much money when you have other better options with better services around

    The restaurants was very dirty, cockroaches and flies everywhere. Food allover the floor. The breakfast quality was very bad. The hotel was under renovation and you can smell the paint. Please avoid it.

    The staff was not helpfull nor the ac was working at all.. No proper facilities . The charges they provide is huge as compare to facilities. Ac not working,nor helpfull staff. The bed was small ..they charges for extra bed but not provided. Not kids friendly. After multiple request also there was no help for anything. Never coming back nor recommending others
