    I found the hotel to be a great property with loads of facilities including a great spa. The hotel is conveniently located near City Centre Mall and also close to the airport. Front office staff were with amazing hospitality skills and made me feel very comfortable. Staff who especially looked after me were Mr. Partho Singha, Mr. Subhasish Mukherjee, and Ms. Bisestha Pradhan. The Terracotta Restaurant is also very good with very affordable prices. I didn't take the name of the staffs who helped me there but there was a young lady in the day time and an older gentleman in the evening who were again very polite and amazing. The bartender made me a great Dirty Martini. Kudos to his skills as well. All in all, very happy with me stay and will definitely recommend this to all. Thanks Barsana Team!

    Rooms are decent and bathroom is good. Good toiletries. But Hotel food is very expensive and not good. Hotel staff is out to get your money. Early morning you dont get an uber and the staff offers to hep you but doubles the rate to airport or rly station and pocket 50% of the money. Beware!
