    We had a great day at Hotel Sapphire by Fair Hospitality, Lonavala, with a group of friends. It was a perfect place for a relaxed day outing. The Deluxe Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious enough for us to unwind. The swimming pool was definitely one of the highlights — clean, well-maintained and a lot of fun for the group. The food was tasty and satisfying, with good service throughout. What really stood out was the staff, who were polite, friendly and attentive to our requests. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and would definitely recommend Hotel Sapphire for a day outing with friends, especially if you’re looking for a place to relax, enjoy the pool and spend quality time together.

    Food was not good in the morning. Didn’t have hand wash in bathroom. No toothpaste. Extra bed was not actually bed it was barely mattress. Not well maintained room.
