    Great location but too noisy every time. Lot of issues with privacy as anyone can see through windows (curtains not helpful enough). Need some repairs too in washroom. Food was GREAT.

    Of course location is premium but room interior and amenities are not as per standard. Sharing my recent trip : I had booked 2 room with AC facilities but during check in receptionist informed me AC not working and need to change in non AC also very rudely informed if don’t want to switch Non AC you can cancelled the booking. At the last time how they can say like this to cancel booking. Very unprofessional treatment. If AC not working then it’s not my problem they have to maintain it with another AC room but they didn’t. Also interior and room amenities very bad. I was looking for power sockets to charge mobile and work in laptop. Very disappointed
