    Following are cons : 1. No Toiletry 2. No room ambience at the given room tariff 3. Only Dosa in Breakfast. No other variety. 4. Old Rooms 5. Staff tries to scam.

    I had travelled with my family of 05 including my 06 months old son. 1) Rooms were big enough. 2) Location as per my requirement was great. 3) Staff was polite and nice. ( Don't expect top notch hospitality) 4) Washroom needs some maintenance as it looks ages old. 6) Food was great with enough of choice, price range and quality. 7) Amenities not sure as I didn't use any. 8) Sufficient space for parking. 9) Air conditioning at reception needs to improve as the first point of contact plays a vital role ( reception and lobby area was super hot)

    We had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. We arrived around 3:00 AM and were left standing outside a locked gate for nearly 20–30 minutes with no response, despite calling multiple times. Eventually, we had to open the gate ourselves, only to find a drunk individual approaching the entrance, which felt very unsafe. Inside the lobby, the staff were asleep. The receptionist woke up visibly irritated and informed us there were no rooms available. When we showed him that rooms were still available on Agoda, we immediately made a booking. However, because the booking was mistakenly made for one person instead of two, he refused to accommodate us without charging an additional ₹2000, which was unreasonable given the already low room rate. His attitude was rude, arrogant, and completely unhelpful—basically telling us to either pay up or leave. Exhausted, we decided not to argue and took the room. Unfortunately, it was in terrible condition—filthy, poorly maintained, with peeling paint and a shabby bathroom. Overall, the experience was unacceptable. I strongly advise against staying here. There are far better and more professional options available nearby.
