    Overall, it was a very good experience at Justa Rajputana. The property, ambience, hospitality and overall service were really good, and we had a pleasant stay. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast. The taste was average, the variety was somewhat limited, and there were fewer options compared to what one would expect from a property of this standard. Overall, a good experience, with some scope for improvement in the breakfast spread and taste.

    Overall the property was good. Mukesh, Geeta ,Jagdish and Poonam were very cooperative and helped us during our stay. However, a few things which could be better- restaurant prices are expensive one would prefer not to ear there, checking the rooms after your stay and asking to wait is not a great experience.

    The receptionist displayed a significant amount of attitude during the conversation upon learning that the room key was lost. However, she was not able to speak when we returned the actual key. She was quite rude when my 2-year-old child accidentally climbed onto the desk for about 10 seconds. Their behaviour seemed purely professional and focused on money. They charged more for in-room dining than what was listed on the menu. Additionally, they did not provide shower towels even after requesting them over an hour ago. The bathroom in the premium room had poor infrastructure. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
