Expect a normal quite place with a legacy of being one of the most popular resorts in the city 2 decades back. The property is good but has lost its charm. I wish to see it lively again

The rooms were not clean. The service was not good. There were so many flies on the food during breakfast. Bathroom was not clean. The charges are too high what they are offering.

Here is the resort with zero hospitality atleast from the front desk and booking team folks. Had messaged them a month back requesting for a small cake as a complimentary to celebrate my dads brithday when we arrive. But was disappointed with lack of zero response. Overall the venue is big and has lot of facilities. Special thanks to staff maintaining the pool and the lawns. Old venue still needs proper care and revamp. Apart from these we had a decent outing. Hopefully I made my dads birthday memorable.
