    Hotel is near to Andheri station. Walkable distance which is a plus; Staff is supportive; They allowed early check in and has a store room to store luggage in case you wish to checkout but still keep luggage at hotel safely for half day roaming; Family friendly hotel; staff is polite and helpful; Overall my experience has been good. Not tasted food much as I have food restrictions and we managed ourselves.

    We stayed at the hotel recently, and overall our experience was average. While the staff were trying hard, there were several issues that significantly impacted our stay—especially because we were traveling with family, including a 4-year-old daughter. Check-in experience: Upon arrival after a long drive, the reception team made us wait due to an unresolved room issue with the previous customer. They should have allowed us to check in and resolved the room matter afterward. Waiting with family for check-in was not a nice experience. Shower / maintenance issues: After check-in, our family needed a shower, but the shower was not working. We had to involve reception again, and a maintenance person was sent to fix it. This caused further delays and wasted a lot of our time and energy. Breakfast quality and options: Breakfast options were extremely limited. There was basically only one item available, with no real choice for food. Even the fruit selection was limited to just watermelon—there was no juice or other options. Hygiene concern: We were served water in a glass that had a fly in it. This was honestly unbelievable and unacceptable for any decent hotel. Staff effort vs management accountability: Although the staff were trying to handle things, I feel the hotel needs to improve significantly to make customers’ stay truly pleasant. Most importantly, we did not receive any proper apology or accountability from management. Instead, the explanations felt like shifting blame. Even if reception staff are not responsible for everything, the hotel should still ensure a smooth and respectful customer experience—and fix issues properly if they want guests to return.
