    I stayed for 6 night and it was so smooth as it as all the facilities breakfast taste is also very good as well as a good options to eat and highlight was the rooftop swimming pool it was amazing.

    We had booked our room from 21st to 23rd June in the “Boutique” category. However, during check-in, we were informed that we were being upgraded to the “Ambient” category. Upon entering the room, we noticed that the room size was smaller than the category we had originally booked. We therefore requested to be allotted the booked room category instead. Unfortunately, we were then informed that the Boutique category was sold out and no alternate room was available even when the rooms were showing avaliable online. What was disappointing was not just the room allocation issue, but the way the situation was handled. The manager’s response felt dismissive and unhelpful, and she walked away without offering any further clarification or resolution. We have been staying at this hotel for more than five years and have never experienced such inconvenience before. Our previous experiences have always been pleasant, which makes this incident even more disappointing. It is unfortunate that interactions like these can affect the overall reputation of an otherwise good hotel. I request the hotel management to kindly look into this matter, explain why the booked category was unavailable despite our confirmed reservation, and clarify why no suitable resolution was provided at the time.
