In general I liked the stay here very much. The hotel is really clean, staff is polite and friendly, service is great, the spa facilities are amazing, the food is really good with a lot of varaity both in dinner and in breakfast, at night you have band performing with nice atmosphere at the hotel bar, which has a really large selection of drinks. The location is not central but in the middle of green area and short walking distance to the lake On the down side - the rooms are not 5 stars quality, old and outdated and especially the shower. Sometimes info was missing in English, not a big deal. The 15% charge in the bar and on the drinks at dinner is a little bit too much in my opinion, also I didn't like that you don't have at least an option for a free tap water in dinner and you have to order a drink which is not cheap. No made-to-order omlette station at breakfast. I wanted to book a room with double bed but at the time of booking it was sold out, I checked few days later in other paltforms if this room was available and it was. I asked for an upgrade (and I was willing to pay although my room type at day of arrival was more expensive) and they asked me almost double price so I didn't upgrade, I expected for more competetive price as rooms were available and my room type was more expensive but paying almost double felt a little bit unfair. In general the up's were way more significant then the downs and I totally recommend.
