Had an amazing stay at this villa in Bali. The place was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. Staff were friendly and always ready to help, which made the whole experience even better. Location was convenient, close to cafes and beaches but still peaceful. Would definitely come back again!

The staffs are so friendly and hospitable. The place is cleaned everyday, and the villa is so pretty, pretty cost effective as well! The area is extremely convenient as it's 5 mins away from all the tourist spots like Finn's Beach Club / Atlas! My favourite villa and I'll definitely come back here again.

I recently stayed at Theanna Villa & Spa Canggu and, honestly, I left with a very bad taste in my mouth. Throughout my stay, everything was fine. I spent generously because I believe good service deserves good money – 4.5 million IDR for the room and another 500K+ on room service. I had no issues paying any of that. But everything changed at checkout. Just as I was leaving, they informed me I had to pay for a broken glass water bottle that I accidentally knocked off the bedside table while half asleep. The charge was only 20,000 IDR – practically nothing compared to what I had already spent – but the way it was handled completely ruined the experience. It wasn’t about the amount. It was about the principle and the timing. Instead of showing any gesture of goodwill to a paying guest who had already spent a significant amount, they chose to bring up this tiny charge right at the end, at the door, while I was checking out. No empathy, no understanding, just a dry request for payment over something obviously accidental. That single moment overshadowed everything else. What could have been a great stay turned into my worst experience so far in Bali. For a place that positions itself as a premium, relaxing escape, this small, petty approach to guest relations says a lot about their priorities. I will not be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values genuine hospitality over rigid, impersonal policy.
