Very Disappointed with this Hotel We are extremely disappointed with this hotel. We never imagined that a hotel catering to international travelers could be like this. We were supposed to get a Standard Double Fan Room, but they gave us a single room. The bathroom lock is broken. The showerhead is damaged. The commode's push pipe (bidet spray/health faucet) keeps coming off. The Wi-Fi network is very slow. There are no complimentary items or toiletries provided. This is truly surprising/shocking. Disappointed Agoda.
