    A truly extraordinary hotel experience, unfortunately for all the wrong reasons. The bathroom sink was blocked when I arrived. I reported it immediately and a cleaner came to deal with it, but whatever was done did not work. I reported this again the following day. The sink was eventually properly unblocked three days after my arrival. The more remarkable part came afterwards. When I told reception that the problem had finally been fixed, I was told that the cleaner had previously been reprimanded because they understood from me that she had never attended. I explained that this was not what I had said: she had attended, but had failed to fix the problem. Instead of simply acknowledging the misunderstanding, the member of staff argued with me about what I had supposedly told them. Whether somebody attended was obviously beside the point: the sink remained blocked for three days. Sleep during my stay was extremely difficult, to the point that I left physically exhausted. On my final morning there was also no electricity and no running water. To be fair to the hotel, staff said that this interruption was unannounced, so I cannot attribute the utility failure itself to them. The room was inexpensive, but a low room rate does not excuse a blocked bathroom sink for three days, poor sleep or the handling of a straightforward maintenance complaint. Basic facilities and competent service are not optional extras. Hotels fundamentally exist to provide somewhere to sleep and functioning basic facilities. Between the sleep, the blocked sink, the final morning without water or electricity, and the extraordinary discussion over whether a failed repair constituted a repair, this was certainly a memorable stay. I cannot remember ever being so relieved to check out of a hotel.

    This place was most likely nice and busy years ago, but now it seemed to us as we were staying at a ghost hotel… no one around, very few people pop up here and there. The pool is only open from 11am-7pm… so you can’t really use it unless you’re in Greece to stay at your hotel only. Dirty shower curtain, dusty room, cracking, noisy, awful 3rd bed in our room. We had to push the other 2 split beds together so our son can also get some sleep and one of us slept in the crack or mattress gap. The breakfast was also horrible, empty jugs, you need to ask, barely anything…. dead cafeteria…. never again!!! Go anywhere, but to this place!!!!

    This hotel saw better days. Rooms old and tired. Pool half empty. Shower head leaking. Toilet in room not flushing. Low price but still low value for money

    Fara curatenie,dezastru la baie, nu s-a facut curatenie de mult timp. F departe de centru,cu masina faci 1 ora si 20 min . Am avut si mic dejun inclus ,dar noi nu l am luat deoarece ulterior am citit recenziile si erau horror. In schimb am baut o cafea,dar majoritatea canilor erau murdare. De evitat!
