    This hotel is beautiful and offers a quiet, convenient location, a 5-minute walk from the beach, ideal for families. Staff provided unexpected complimentary Rosé and fruits upon arrival to our room. Customer service is excellent, with staff remembering names, really extraordinary service and people!! They are attentive and always (not forced) smiling. 😊 The hotel is not big, making navigation easy. Guests retrieve drinks directly from the bar. Food is only medium-quality but you can add complementary stuff to make it fit your taste. The variety is good for the hotel's size, beef and some basic fish were always available, and the salad bar helped us every day! Chicken on bones should not be served I think though. Desserts could be improved (same cream in every cake, jelly or fruit mousse every day), not delicious overall. Breakfast is safe; scrambled eggs were always dry and super overcooked - just like hard boiled eggs. Sunny side ups were perfect though. I enjoyed pouring my own lager and soft drinks from a machine. It's a cheaper, local brand though, no Coke or Pepsi products. Coffee from the machine is okay, don't expect too much, with alternative milk options available if you ask for it - it's not there to grab. Free cocktails are offered, but too sweet to our taste; familiar options like Mojitos are only available for an extra charge. Half of the free cocktail menu was not available during our stay due to lack of ingredients (amaretto and watermelon liquor). Minor issues: the small shower screen leads to a wet bathroom floor from the very first moment you use it (poor design). The gym feels like a storage room, just enough for max two people with basic equipment. No free weights due to no personal trainer in the room with you. Training here is not the most pleasant experience tbh. The infrastructure is not the best around the hotel (or overall in the area), so don't expect running in the morning too much. We had a relaxing stay; the hotel offers good value, mainly due to the excellent staff. Extra highlights: there's a PlayStation 4 in the lobby you can play for free (Tekken 7 and Crash Bandicoot were our favs), plus there's an English-speaking Japanese tv channel in the rooms we really liked watching. Overall I can recommend the hotel for everyone.

    This hotel has so many great things going for it - the hotel itself is great, pool area is wonderful, bar area is nice to sit in. The location is great - not too far from the beach but away from the louder main strip of Pefkos. Everything is clean and the staff are great. A couple of issues we had were fixed immediately. Sadly, the biggest let down is the food. It really just isn't good enough for a 4 star all inclusive hotel! We found enough to eat during our stay but everything just looked a bit sad, the quality of food is low, everything looks like its been sat out forever. If you had any allergies or intolerances or even just different dietary requirements you would really struggle. Salads were good though! Coffee options could also be improved. The website states "premium" coffee is available for an extra cost (assume this would be Espresso) but actually it isn't and you have to survive on Nescafe. So many good things going for it but the food really lets it down!

    Probably the best vacation I ever had. Your wonderful staff makes the whole place a perfect getaway paradise. Pearl, Louise, Rhea, Stephen, the greek lady in reception (sorry i forgot to ask your name!)… Food was delicious.. it wasn’t crowded and very cozy. Downside is transport - it’s hell getting to Rhodes City. Overall, my stay here with my partner was very worthwhile! Will definitely comeback.. hopefully with better transport buses!

    The hotel location is comparable to everything else in the area, just don’t make your decision based on the “all” inclusive. Breakfast was flat out bad, dinner wasn’t much better, I spent the majority of my time eating at the local restaurants which were far superior. The staff were excellent and attentive, hotel is clean and the bed was comfortable. A/C works well in the rooms, relatively short walk to the beach but a lot of hills (not a fault against the hotel, it’s the same everywhere around here). All inclusive drinks meant a few cocktail options and one beer option (which wasn’t good). Stay at the Lindia Thalassa if you are looking for a good option, plan on eating elsewhere.
