Wild Hostel

A wonderfully cosy hostel with the loviest staff that made me feel welcomed and at home. Loved the staff's warmth and their care for the community dogs. I would not hesitate in recommending the Wild Hostel!

We really enjoyed our stay at Wild Hostel. The owner and staff were excellent—friendly, helpful, and welcoming—and the hostel had a great overall vibe that made the stay feel relaxed and comfortable.

The only downside for us was the bathroom setup. There was no door separating the bathroom area, which was not very convenient, and the shower seemed to have trouble maintaining hot water and tended to make quite a mess.

Room, staff, breakfast, location, value for money: all wonderful. If I go back to Puerto Natales, I will stay there again.

The only thing is that if you leave really early in the morning you have to take your luggage up and down a set of stairs. That is the really small inconvenience I can find.

location is very good, staff is very nice and it is a cozy place.

The private room is bad, small mattress , bathroom without door (only a curtain - that is terrible!), shower is terrible - hot water last for 5 minutes and no more for the next hours. Breakfast time is terrible, starts at 7h30am, mostl all of tours leave between 6-7am, so they should definitely change that time. Also, there is not much interaction inside the hostel during the evenings, bar is open for non guests.
