Our experience was very disappointing.
When we arrived, we realized this was not a hotel but an apartment in a very old building. Carrying our luggage was extremely difficult because the lift was old, unreliable, and not working properly. The apartment is on the 15th floor, and using the lift felt unsafe.
We informed the property a day in advance that we would be checking in at 12:00 PM. However, when we arrived around 12:30 PM, the cleaners had only just arrived, so the apartment was not ready.
We had booked a room with one double bed, but instead we were given two single beds. The pillows felt very old, worn out, and were extremely uncomfortable.
The bathroom also had several issues. The water did not drain properly, and the water heater was inconsistent. During the shower, the water temperature kept changing unexpectedly—sometimes it was too cold, and other times it became extremely hot.
Overall, we were not satisfied with our stay. The property did not match the photos advertised online, and the overall experience was far below our expectations. We were very disappointed and would not recommend staying here.

Don't go to that place. It's beyond normal standards, never mind 3 Star. It's dirty, broken, falling apart. Bed head rest was black from dirt and sweat. Sealing with a big stains all over. Shower doesn't work properly. One door in the shower is missing. Chairs with the hole, broken cover. Curtains grey from dirt. It's a horrible place. I don't know how it's been alowed even for business as a hotel. Hostel for dogs even better conditions.
