    The hotel itself is good and so are facilities but the staff is a little incompetent. You can find 2-3 people who are actually helpful but mostly nobody knows or cares to find out how to help you. Also the fact that they have only 1 restaurant gets very boring after 2 days

    The receptionists were really nice thats it..The place is nice but the horse riding team is really rude except for one lady from balaros nothing was open the shooting was closed even at the pool no one was working i asked for towels and didnt get the breakfast was ok.. all in all the place was nice but not served right..
