    We stayed for honeymoon and there was nothing special done for us. We had to pay for everything, which my husband did, and even at that t was so underwhelming for my honeymoon. My husband called 3x before we arrived to request something special is prepared before we arrive. The woman on the phone hung me up twice mid conversation and the third time we told her we would call back to check if she could do anything, as she said she would check with her manager. So far, in our honeymoon travels all the hotel we’ve stayed in has offered us either a complimentary upgrade or a complimentary breakfast or amenity, even with a plate of sweets saying congratulations. We got absolutely nothing. My husband spoke to the manager and he was so rude to him and even insulted us saying we shouldn’t have booked there if we were expected anything more than what we booked. We paid for 1 night breakfast, and were told that the receptionist did not inform the kitchen in time so therefore we got partial breakfast absolutely not worth the money we paid for. The women working in the kitchen truly done her best and we were very appreciative however the receptionist staff took no accountability and did not care for our experience. It was honestly a really disappointing experience. It is NOT a beach hotel. Beach is 15mins walk or bus away. They do not care about their customers. The fact that they were rude and did not communicate at any point with us to even create a better environmentt, and embarrassment to the hospitality staff industry. The walls are supper fin. The mini fridge is so loud, the aircon does not work and the light in the hall way kept turning on and off . Shambolic. A complete mess. The pictures does NOT reflect the hotel
