    Everything was nice except for the fact that they asked for a 20 euro extra for our pet when it was nowhere mentioned in the reservation. I wish they would at least be honest about it from the beginning.

    Had a good stay at the Hotel. What was disappointing was a absence of a Cafe or restaurant other than a breakfast room . That was disappointing. A conceirge service to assist in moving guest luggage to the room would be welcome specially for senior cititzens

    Excellent location.superb service by counter staff.our fridge was out of order and promptly the counterstaff arranged for replacement at #206 . Wonderful experience. Thank you
