    The price of the room was great for what you get, the space in the room plus bathroom was perfect, the small kitchen and kitchen items was a bonus as food and coffee can be made in your room, access to the room during opening hours of the reception desk is easy as staff are helpful however when we arrived we were lucky they had 5 mins before closing as the code for automated card for our room had not been emailed and then the card did not work, again luckily the desk was still open as the lady sorted that for us but had we been just 10 mins later we wouldn't of got in our room. Beds were clean and towels also, shower room was acceptable and again for the price can't go wrong, breakfast was extra but looked like plenty on offer, outside was a little run down but no issues and security walking round so felt safe, location wad handy as plenty of shops around and easy access to get to, would stay again if needed

    Room was big enough for 2 people, good sleeping conditions. The man at the reception was friendly and explained everything clearly. However, the location is not the best but good value for money.

    Not the best experience I had. Appartment size was good, but cleanliness and staff friendliness dissappointing. Very hard cigarettr smell in the room although we asked for a non-smoking one. Sofa bed was not made and pillows were missing. If you must, use it for transit, but I wouldn't speed more than a few hours there.

    Sol inondé à notre arrivée par la femme de ménage, un drap simple en guise de couverture pour le lit canapé, et lorsque je demande à la réception où est la couverture, elle me dit que le drap est la couverture et que je dois allumer le chauffage, sauf que le chauffage ne marchait pas. Propreté à revoir, au moins 5 punaises étaient dans le rideau du salon, des poils présents sur les draps du lit principal … Point positif: le Check out tardif à 12h. À éviter fortement
