Absolute luxury. Fantastic staff. lovely pool and spa. Beautiful decor. Great bar. Rooms on the small side bu more than adequate. Bathrooms lovely. The public rooms are stunning. Right on the Place de la Concorde. Breakfast was a little disappointing. Great quality but slow service and unimaginative menu. Very expensive but worth it for such a beautiful building and renovation.

No early check-in, they let us waiting for the room until 15:05, during check-in receptionist kept asking us what time we will check-out on the departure date. No given information about breakfast, restaurants, cherry on top - would you like someone to guide you to the room? I guess this is joke, of course I could do it by myself, but it’s my first time in this 5* hotel, would be nice if someone guide me into my room and explore the hotel facilitations. Lifts didn’t work well - if you push button down, lift shouldn’t be going up !!! No one standing in front of breakfast room to seat you at the table, serving breakfast - starting from the end with pancakes? This could happen only if staff is untrained and unprofessional. Basic knowledge deficit. Cleaning room - left used towels in the shower, left used cups of tea in the room. If you paying 1500€+/night all details matter. Comparing to four seasons / intercontinental paris - definitely go elsewhere, not worth the money.
