    Exceptional hotel and beach/pool facilities. Housekeeping was very poor this visit and no turndown service each night. Kids club staff are wonderful!

    For 5star service is terrible. From the moment we checked in it seemed like anything we asked was straight no. Furthermore, wepaid so much money for the hotel and entire beach strip for private beach clubs was closed which totally ruined our trip as it was one of the main reasons for coming to Cannes. Hotel should have told us about this. We even called the hotel to confirm reservations and askedif there was any events happening even at that time
