Its very good location in front of Gare The Lourdes, its comfortable for you who carry lugages.
Its only 1.2km to Sanctuary or only 15-10 minutes walk. Its not very far.
I recommend to stay at the hotel rather than near sanctuary because the roads from sanctuary to the station/Gare the Lourdes is uphill. It wouldnt comfortable for you who carry heavy lugages.

If you are visiting to Lourdes, this hotel would be your best bet since it is literally in front of the station. Super convenient. Lourdes is a very small town so it's easier for you to stay close to the station so you don't have to drag your luggages around or catch a taxi (which at times can be quite hard since it is a small town after all). I think most people who come here would prefer to walk around the beautiful town.

my family stayed here for 1 night to visit lourdes. the hotel is very close to the train station, and the service was very good. one thing to consider is that they close the front door at 11pm; if your train from paris comes late, i would definitely check first if this would be a problem. we arrived by train a few minutes after 11pm, and waited a few minutes after ringing the bell to be let in. otherwise, we enjoyed our stay there.
