    Booked the hotel as a couple going on a long weekend to Cala D’or. Location was 10 minutes away from the main area and busier part of Cala D’or, which is pretty good with free parking near to the hotel. The hotel itself, the room wasn’t overly clean with the floors being swept but not moped as evidenced by clean white socks soon becoming brown. The bathroom absolutely stink of drain water / sewage with no window or extractor fan to help with this, trade off between keeping the bathroom door closed and nearly being sick when you needed to use it, or keeping the door open and smelling the rest of the room out. We did ask reception to look for another room, they said they couldn’t accommodate us and sent a cleaner with a bucket of water and welt smelt like chemicals to get rid of the smell - this didn’t work. Shower was covered in limescale, the water was coming out of the side’s of the rain shower head and the glass shower screen must not have been sealed well as it leaked to leave large puddles of water on the floor. We spent more time cleaning up our own bathroom than actually using it. The cleaners seemed to gather by our room relatively early in the morning for a loud conversation and lots of laughter to our expense.. not something you wish to wake up to at 8am in the mornings.. seems like less consideration for their guests than other hotels. If you’re not expecting much other than a cheapish room, then it does the job.
