    The customer service leaves quite a lot to be desired. From the moment of check-in, the experience did not feel particularly welcoming. The receptionist was rather unfriendly, and the overall attitude gave the impression that it did not really matter whether guests felt comfortable, understood everything clearly, or wanted to return. The cleanliness was within the expected range, and the facilities were standard for an Ibis hotel, with nothing particularly remarkable to mention. Overall, it may be fine for a one-night stay, but personally, I would choose another option next time, especially one where the customer service feels more welcoming and professional. A friendly and attentive staff can make a significant difference to the overall experience.

    It's worth the money when the hotel runs normal prices. But on "special" racing occasions at the nearby circuit, They do not . The staff is not very focused or lack of training. The staff insisted for instance on me paying an "early check-in" tax when i only needed to drop my bag for the day before taking possession of my booked room in the evening. Their argument was : But we have the room ready already and we do not have space to store your bags. I resisted... Then they said my "hotel All Accord" card does not work and is faulty. The only reason why i showed the card is to help them to spell my name properly as we were having some difficulties on the subject. I know that if i book directly with Agoda, i dont get hotel cards benefits... And everything looked like a small problem for an operation that should last 2 minutes. In the evening, because the hotel did not have a twin bed available, we obtained a pair of additional sheets and towel But not a blanket, "because the hotel did not have additional spare blankets". So overall, all a bit of a slow motion check-in. When the hotel upgrades the price, you do not get an upgrade in the room... no kettle, no other soap than the one screwed on the wall... And the water in the shower was not flowing smoothly. Only very very hot - burning hot - and not possible to regulate the temperature. Additionally the windows could not be "opened" despite instructions from the staff to pull towards us and not push outside. Not talking about the view... from the hotel room that was a blank wall 50 centimeters away from our window. This is what you call a room with no view ( at all).
