    Do yourself a favor and go to the Barcelo Portinatx instead. They do not know how to treat repeating customers and the rooms our pricey for the quality. Outdated. The staff is sweating because there is no A/C in the lobby and common areas. A/C in rooms is low and mini-fridges do not refrigerate. I had a sea view room confirmed since January and in August they say they only have an standard confirmed. They say they gave me an upgrade of a sea view room and the views were on the first floor - room 112 with a view of people sunbathing. They did nothing to try to fix it. I left after the first night. They blamed it on agoda saying they are the ones doing fraudulent practices.

    The temperature inside the whole property is around 30 degrees celsius around 80 Fahrenheit even within the bedroom. Having breakfast at that temperature was rather uncomfortable. All guests were complaining about the heat. It is also not healthy for the staff who were sweating while working.
