    The hotel front desk staff needs to up their customers service skills. To some extent, they exhibit reluctant behaviour that is unwelcoming. I booked a four rooms in total and we arrived in a group. Instead of assigning the rooms in the same floor, we were put on different floors. Hence, I asked for the option of been on the same floor and that was too much of a ask for them. At that request, they started showing frustrated with a disdain attitude. This was after we have been kept waiting just to check in and blaming their slow check in procedures on system updates. I definitely will understand if the waiting was as a result of other guests but we were there alone. If you do not find it necessary to welcome us to your premises, we have alternatives.

    The windows in the room are not opened. There is air conditioning, we can get fresh air by opening the windows. They take deposit.
