    Over all very good just have 2 comment : 1- No signal on the beach and can solve this problem very easily. 2- Pastry station ( otintal sweets ) was low testy, i think must look for this point.

    It has the scenery worthy of a five-star hotel, but not the service of a five-star hotel; the service is extremely poor. Let's start with the check-in front desk. I booked three rooms: two double rooms and one triple room. However, the front desk said he couldn't find the reservation for the triple room in the system, which delayed me for nearly an hour. During this time, he didn't focus on solving my problem all the time. He sometimes dealt with other guests' issues and tried to contact their technical staff, but none of these efforts led to a final solution. As a result, I stood there at the front desk waiting for an hour, feeling extremely angry. So I asked him angrily why he hadn't solved my problem for so long. At this point, the front desk, in a sarcastic tone, asked me why I was speaking so loudly, saying he could hear me. I said I was very angry because I had been standing here waiting for an hour. It was their system error that made the guest stand and wait for an hour. Before that, I had already shown him my successful reservation email and the order information on the app, but he just said he couldn't find the reservation for the triple room. Less than 10 minutes after I got angry, he solved the problem and said that maybe I had booked through another app, but I clearly booked through this one. I will repeat the same content three times in the app review to prove this point. This is simply a fiasco. The hotel should resolve its own issues by yourself and let the guests check in firstly . Besides, the staff who guided us and took our luggage to the room were not very friendly. As a staff of a five-star hotel, one should always keep a smile or be kind during service, but he neither smiled nor was kind. However, it's worth mentioning that the service staff in several restaurants here are quite good, and only they live up to the standard of five-star hotel staff. But it should be noted that in the restaurants, only the older waiters in white shirts can understand English. The other waiters can't quite understand English, and this is not just because of accent issues. Talking about English accents, the front desk staff of this hotel, the one who made me angry, is an older man. His English is not good and he has a very strong accent, which even made me suspect that there was something wrong with my listening. But when I went to the hospital in the hotel, I found that the doctor there had very good pronunciation. I could fully understand what he said, and he could also understand me. So if I were to rate this hotel, the front desk delayed me for an hour and made me very angry, so I would only give one star for the service. But it has to be said that the coastal scenery of the hotel is very beautiful, and it deserves five stars for the scenery.

    The breakfast is the same everyday! The worst thing is the room card is very backward, and it can't be opened every day, so I have to go to the front desk many times every day to ask the to refresh. And the floor in my room always wet …
