Asukoht oli väga hea, eraldatud muust maailmast, vaikus ja rahu. Söögitegemiseks kõik vajalik olemas. Mõnus terrass istumiseks, vihma- ja päikesevari ka olemas.
Ülemisele korrusele viis suhteliselt järsk trepp. See võiks reklaamfotodel kajastuda, sest kõik pole võimelised seda mööda ronima. Meil läks hästi, oli "oravaid" ka.
