    I was truly and positive surprised with my whole stay! I need to give a lot of credit to your staff. Since the bellboy to the restaurant staff. Everyone seems happy and take care of the guests. My arrival was smooth and check in promptly done! As was a last minute reservation I was expecting minor issues. What I liked. -Staff always smiling and willing to assist you. -Your teamwork. My fist breakfast was packed and I saw a lady from accounting welcoming smiling and assisting guest! That was fantastic. -The flavor and quality of the breakfast. -Since you enter te room you can smell the freshness and cleanness of the room. Wow ! HK 10/10. -The bed and cushions were super comfortable. Some points for improvements -During check in room category was not confirmed. -upon arriving to room I was reviewing my reservation as the room was not matching. -Another guest was issued with my same room key and the guest entered the room while I was in the bed looking my reservation on my phone. This is a terrible experience. Later I got to know hotel was full and so , and the front office staff genuinely made an upgrade to a junior suite; while I was thankfully for this everyone who spoke to me about this forgot about the basic. “An apology “ I was informed about some other things and in the middle the upgrade but I did not feel appreciated at all. -Some renovations or painting was done on the Junior Suite but all the bed side have paint spots looking not to the standard of the room. -The water on the sink and toilet are draining very slow. -When busy the breakfast is served even on business center side. I understand the lack of space but for future renovations you need to have a proper place to accommodate more guest. -Breakfast selection should be bigger. While I would love the selection I do believe you can do better. -Breakfast items should be labeled. If a guest is allergic or for any reasons cannot eat any kind of food is easier to avoid miss understanding. -Very noise including music from outside staff. Important to understand and respect guest presence. Specially those traveling for work or resting until late. Overall this was a 5/5 stay with a very critical situation in between but hotel experience with some minor improvements. I will certainly comeback!

    Great value for price. Good location and the staff are very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good, rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable.

    Location is great. Hotel is located in the center of the city close to a subway and a Mc Donald restaurants. Facility is great, very clean. They have a gym, a restaurant and a good breakfast. Staff is very friendly. One thing is negative. Noise in the city center such as horn, motorcycle, trucks might wake you up in the morning. That was not pleasant.
