    For all the so called budget hotels I've stayed at, this is undoubtedly the worst one I can remember. It is the cheapest I could find within this tier of accommodation, but despite the room having no additional provisions (no provided kettle, no fridge etc.), it also provides barely any customer service. Some of the staff seem to want to be there, others are just concerned about doing the bare minimum. While aware that the entire lobby is filled with people who enquired about a check-in prior to the 3pm check in time (btw Agoda says its 2pm but the hotel insists its 3), the staff promised to notify us when check-in is available, but sits at the back past 3pm until prompted again by a guest to process check-ins. Then when notified of an issue with the toilet ventilator being unusually loud, the staff is unwilling to check on the issue, simply saying that all the rooms are the same. While this place is a budget hotel relative to other options, the price I pay for this room is horrible for what I got. Customer service should be a bare minimum even for a budget hotel.

    I recently stayed at Holiday Inn - the niu, Coin Frankfurt Ostend, and overall it was a pleasant and comfortable experience. The hotel has a modern and stylish design, with a youthful, tech-inspired theme that makes it feel fresh and different from traditional hotels. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. One of the highlights is the location. Situated in the Ostend district, the hotel is well-connected by public transport, making it easy to reach Frankfurt city center and major attractions. It’s also in a quieter area, which is great if you prefer staying away from the busy tourist zones. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always willing to assist with directions or recommendations. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Breakfast was decent, with a variety of options including bread, cold cuts, fruits, and hot items. While not extraordinary, it was definitely satisfying and convenient. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for travelers looking for a modern, clean, and well-located stay in Frankfurt without breaking the budget.

    Unfortunately we weren’t pleased at all with our stay in the hotel, we booked a premium room with queen bed but their queen bed is just two single beds, the room was so dirty there were stains everywhere on the bed and floor and literally hair on the bed sheets and it was mentioned in the room description that it has an electric kettle but of course there wasn’t, when we complained to the staff about all this they said they don’t have any other available premium rooms and we had to agree to be downgraded to a smaller room so it can be at least clean. And extra note, the breakfast was such a huge disappointment as well unfortunately.
