    Staff were excellent! Super helpful and high standards in customer service. Location is good but can be noisy at night. There is a “DongBei bbq skewered meat” just right on the street level of hotel. Ordered lamb/pork and was a disappointment as meat was tough! Will not patronise the restaurant again!

    The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from Beijing Road, and the rooms were spacious. However, I don’t think this matches its advertised 5 star rating, I’d say it’s closer to a 3 star hotel. The rooms could use some updates, especially the shower and wall paint, and the breakfast was very limited. We also saw a few cockroaches in the dining area, which was disappointing. If you’re just looking for an affordable place to sleep while exploring the city, it’s a decent option. But if you’re expecting a true 5-star experience with premium facilities and a great breakfast buffet, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
