    Serves a decent breakfast. Washing machines are free and even Serves a light supper. Really enjoyed our stay. The staff were always on hand to help with booking a DIDI or to help with directions. Very comfortable bed.

    Apparently according to hotel staff, they are not a participating hotel in Agoda's booking system. We have to pay and book again! Pictures of hotel and real life differs too.

    The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from Beijing Road, and the rooms were spacious. However, I don’t think this matches its advertised 5 star rating, I’d say it’s closer to a 3 star hotel. The rooms could use some updates, especially the shower and wall paint, and the breakfast was very limited. We also saw a few cockroaches in the dining area, which was disappointing. If you’re just looking for an affordable place to sleep while exploring the city, it’s a decent option. But if you’re expecting a true 5-star experience with premium facilities and a great breakfast buffet, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
