    Great accomodation in Berlin that was in a good location for transport and walking. The area was quiet which was good seeing as we were there for NYE. We could stay away from the thick of the fireworks but also close enough from the action to view some from our hotel or a short walk away. Also, the breakfast was great and still the best chocolate Pain au chocolat I’ve had in my life.

The Positives The hotel's location is a major asset, offering immediate access to multiple metro lines, making city navigation incredibly easy and efficient. Beyond the convenient transit, the team was consistently friendly and professional, ensuring a pleasant overall atmosphere. The facility itself is attractive and well-maintained, but the real standout feature is the soundproofing. This is a crucial element often overlooked in hotels within this price bracket, and here, it is superb. The rooms are exceptionally quiet, ensuring a restful night's sleep undisturbed by either street noise or neighboring guests. This feature alone significantly elevates the hotel above its competitors. Minor Caveat The only area I would suggest for improvement is the breakfast offering. While serviceable, it could benefit from a bit more variety and higher-quality ingredients to match the high standard set by the rest of the hotel. However, this is a minor detail that did not detract significantly from an otherwise excellent stay. Overall: Highly recommended for travelers prioritizing quiet, comfortable rooms and superb transportation links.

    Bathroom handle was not functioning well due to which I got stuck in washroom for about 15 mins. I requested for a room change they didn’t had any. They did had anyone to look after the repairing or something. Next day I asked for room change and they still didn’t had any room and than in evening they ask me if I want to change the room while next day I had to check out which makes no sense now after I adjusted for almost 2 days. Not recommended to stay. Even Agoda could not help. They just had chat to help. No call centre or real person who you can talk to for solving your problem. Very pathetic.
