    Beside the location being quite far from city center, all services, cleanliness, quality, breakfast.... is worth every single cent.

    Location might be quite far from city but metro station is just 300m away. However its all worth the price. What amaze me was the service rendered. We took their coach to hall during Canton Fair and they even provide McD burger during the returning trip. Fruits and packet drinks were serve when we back to hotel. Free flow of tea, drinks and biscuit at lobbyStaff were extremely helpful. Rooms were new and clean. Decent gym equipment but free auto washing machine and dryers are provided. Lots of restaurant and convenient store are within walking distance. Definitely will return next year

    Very disappointed! My friend checked in with me, she is a local. The front desk staff called Cindy only spoke to her in Mandarin, rarely made eye contact and no smile the entire time. At night, because my phone couldn't connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi, I went to the front desk and met Cindy again. Since my Mandarin is terrible, I asked her in English. Interestingly, she only answered in Mandarin throughout the whole process. The worst part was that she actually took my phone and operated it without my consent. Extremely unprofessional behavior. On the WiFi connection page, she entered my last name and connected successfully. But actually that is my middle name. So that would explain why I couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi myself. I hope the hotel will seriously review and improve the service level of the front desk. Lastly, the breakfast also disappointed me as the bread was not fresh.
