    Hotel is unique in design and decor which suits the town atmosphere however some staff could be more friendly , particularly at breakfast . I would rather just have had coffee than deal with an unwelcoming breakfast staff however there was no coffee in the room , only tea . I didn’t try the spa or pool facilities but the terrace has a nice view . Hotel was able to provide a shuttle for a fee to the bus station after I asked three times which was very convenient since the trip by foot with luggage was a bit strenuous with many stairs when I arrived . The staff was prioritizing the large group but helped when they had time . Tv had Netflix but was hard sometimes to put on normal tv . Bathroom windows couldn’t be opened. Overall , I liked the facilities and location with some staff needing further training to be friendly and welcoming .

    Great friendly staff. Great location - diagonally across the park with the best vantage point for photography. Great breakfast with lots of options. Highly recommended if youre staying overnight or longer at cesky krumlov

    Our stay at this hotel was a disappointment. We expected much more for this price, for a 5 star hotel. The room looked very different from the photos, and was much smaller. Plus it was cold in the room. The facility advertised as a wellness is just a one small cold swimming pool which you can use as the hotel guest, all of the other facilities (jacuzzi, sauna) are only accessible for an additional fee (expensive as well). The breakfast food choice was good, however they took our unfinished breakfast from the table.
