    The room is clean and just nice for us to have a good rest. Staffs were very friendly and allowed us to check in earlier when the room was ready.

    The staff were nice and friendly, the hotel itself was good value compared to the prices you pay in Munich. Would I stay here again, no way. The area was probably the worst spot in Munich we could have picked. Even the Uber driver couldn't believe we were staying in this area. You wouldn't even know that you were in Germany from the area that we stayed in. It was surrounded by strip joints and large groups of men hanging out in the street at night. My wife didn't feel comfortable here at all. We did find another way to walk out of the hotel to see the less savoury characters in the area, we went through the theatre and headed towards Marianplatz which made it much more palitable. Muniuch itself is a beautiful city and I would certainly go back to Munich one day. The hotel was ok, it was nice enough and the staff were good. The pillows were the most uncomfortable pillows I have ever slept on, it felt like there was no pillow at all. There was a coffee machine, but no tea making facilities like a kettle. The room was quite small and the area was very noisy at night, we could hear everything as if there were no windows at all. The room was at least warm. Next time I would prefer to pay a bit more and be in a better area, but I guess it depends on what you want.
