In terms of value for money, it was decently cheap for such a large room. It had a washing machine, was clean and looked nicely put together. However, the building it was situated in was another story. The lobby is actually just a shop front and you have to snake your way round the back to a different building in which Vienna shares with a different hotel. The lift used looked more like a rickety staff elevator than one for customers. Despite the good location, good room and decent staff, this one thing put me off.

The room was clean and nice. However, the building is shared with another hotel and hence the lifts are always busy. If you do not mind this aspect, this hotel is a great place to stay as it is near to a supermarket, Wanda Plaza and there are always taxis at the door steps to take you to the next destination in Harbin.

The High-Speed Train station just opposite of the hotel. Walking distance about 300 meters. A lot of restaurants just beside the hotel.
