    I really enjoyed staying at the hotel especially because the location. Very syrategic location easy to go everywhere because so close to all public transportation.

    Our experience at Le Méridien Munich was very disappointing, especially on our last day. Our room was not cleaned or serviced at all. The bed was left unmade, used towels and linens were left on the floor, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and trash was still present in the room. When we raised the issue, we were told that the hotel staff thought we had already checked out because new bath towels had been placed in the room. This explanation was very concerning because we had not checked out and our reservation was still valid until the following day. For a hotel of this standard, we expected basic housekeeping to be provided and, at the very least, for the staff to verify our checkout status before deciding not to service the room. I have photos documenting the condition of the room. This was particularly disappointing on our final night and significantly affected our overall experience. I would appreciate an explanation from management as to why our room was not serviced and why we were incorrectly considered checked out.

    We had a lovely stay at Le Méridien in Munich. It was very well located for an easy walk to the old town and adjacent to the station. We ended up dining at the hotel restaurant ‘Irmi’ nearly every night as the food was excellent, the staff very friendly and the garden atmosphere very relaxing.
