    ​Hilton lives up to its name. The location is unbeatable for tourists, even if everything feels packed into a minimal space. It is very clean and well-maintained, though. But word of advice: don't plan on walking there with heavy bags from the tram or bus stop. It’s all bumpy cobblestones like the rest of the Old Town—your suitcase wheels will be put to the test!

    The location is central, but thats everything. 3 check-in opportunities had been postponed, final check-in took 45 Min.. I paid in advance, caused by internal errors they wanted me to pay the room again at check-in and check-out - amounts were wrong as well. Also no debit cards were allowed. Never had such a horrible experience in another hotel ans I'm traveling every week. Tea time in the executive lounge was just a joke (mini cakes) and dinner-time was horrible as well. Just some salad, finger food and cheap drinks. Never again.
