    It's very great experience in staying. Very friendly staff. Location is good to travel everywhere in the city and join the local tour easily.

    We got a great rate without breakfast but even with self pay breakfast, rate was same as other site’s so had option. Really enjoyed breakfast, self serve, made to order omelette, unlimited cappuccinos, great dark bread. Nice room and asked front desk for ice each am and pm. Had frig in room and free water dispenser in lobby. Never felt unsafe in neighborhood, but not the best. About 15 min walk to town center. Can buy one day train tickets from front desk w/ no extra fees. If not going far, can purchase short trip tickets for 2 euros at station. Munich was really lovely!

    I can't recommend this hotel more. The staff is friendly and kind and go out of their way to help, the breakfast is amazing and the rooms and lobby are well appointed.

    First off, we wanted a hotel central to Hauptbahof, Tollwood, and Markets. This definitely checks that box. Short walk to all locations. The rooms themselves were fine. Slightly small. Few amenities. Decent shower, once we figured out how it all worked. Large rain shower style shower head and a handle. Bed was fine. Not super comfortable, but fine. Largest issue we had was the seemingly random upsell the gentleman at the desk put on our rooms. We had two--wife and I and two daughters (21 and 18). Booked two rooms (expensive for what we got, but paid for location). After the really nice lady checked us in, he said, 'I have bad news. You only booked one person per room. There will be a $25 per person per night charge.' Rooms are billed as up to two people, but I still need the $100 upcharge? Silly. I would avoid this hotel now just for the principle.
