    This has to be my worst hotel stay of all times. Upon check-in, I informed the person at the front desk about my reservation but was rudely interrupted and told to wait. I found this quite surprising as I was the only person awaiting check-in. I was eventually checked-in but was assigned a room that was not as shown on the website. The room was dated but that was the least of it's issues. It was also dark and dingy with only the bed side lights working. There was a large standing lamp in the corner but it was not connected to the power socket so I had to hook it up in the dark only to find out that it didn't work. The bath linens were also old and worn out. In addition, the room cleanliness left a lot to be desired as I could see dust balls in nooks and crannies under the furniture. The AC belonged to the pre-historic times and was noisy so I complained to the reception and had my room switched. The new room was better but overall, the hotel lobby and hallways had this eerie feel and a strange musty smell. The hotel has clearly fallen into disrepair and utter neglect. The only saving grace was the hotel's location which was close to the city centre and Galleria. The breakfast was also decent with a fair variety and good food quality. However, I would not stay at this hotel again.

    Ich war irritiert. Das Hotel ist inzwischen ein Achat-Hotel. Anspannung schönes großes Zimmer sogar mit Badewanne. Stil von Badeort schon leicht in die Jahre gekommen, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Ich habe noch sehr wohl gefühlt. Das tollste ist m mit Sicherheit der Essbereich (Frühstück) zur Isar hin.
