    I had an excellent stay at Ji Hotel West Lake and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hangzhou. The biggest highlight of this hotel is undoubtedly its exceptional location. Being just a short walk away from the beautiful West Lake made it incredibly convenient to explore one of Hangzhou's most iconic attractions. Whether it was an early morning stroll by the lake, an evening walk to enjoy the sunset, or simply finding nearby restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas, everything was within easy reach. The location truly enhanced my overall travel experience. Beyond the location, what impressed me most was the outstanding service provided by the hotel team. From the moment I checked in until the day I departed, every staff member I encountered was warm, professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. Despite language barriers at times, the team always went the extra mile to assist with directions, recommendations, transportation arrangements, and any requests I had during my stay. A special shoutout to the front desk staff and housekeeping team. Their attention to detail, friendliness, and willingness to help made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. It is not often that you come across a team that consistently delivers service with such sincerity and dedication.
