It was a huge, pleasant surprise to have chosen this hotel. When I arrived, the 前台高级服务恽乔利, yun qiaoli (front desk executive manager), served me. I was given free upgrade to business-class room, plus complimentary breakfast (for the additional guest). Though it is not a 5-star hotel but it has many 5-star treatment and facilities. Some of them are not even found in a typical prestigious hotel. Just imagine paying fraction room rate to get followings: Toilet seat is always warmed (it is powered by electricity); Curtain can be controlled by power switch; Huge 60-inch screen with all China TV channels A sofa with table, daily Chinese tea and plum sweet; Digital clock with alarm Round Mirror with power (to light up its circumference); Thick bath towel; standard plus rain-shower heads Nice comfortable room-sandal you find in a typical luxurious hotel (unlike those very cheap and thin sandal) Bedside usb ports; fridge; Individual (personal) wi-fi, in addition to hotel wifi Front office helped me to order food, when food arrived, the hotel received it, put it into a robot, the robot took the lift to my room, rang my room telephone to tell me he is outside my door (for me to retrieve the food). i know this is nothing unimaginable, but… take note, you may not even get this from a 5-star hotel. Outside the room… if you rest in the lobby, you will be served juice within 5 minutes. Front desk was well-equipped - lent me mobile phone pin-ejector for few days. Complimentary breakfast is more than what you usually find in 3-star hotel and below Just imagine paying fraction room rate to get above… I highly recommend giving this hotel a try.
