    Very disappointing experience. The hotel location is also quite far from Disneyland, which made transportation less convenient than expected. The biggest issue was with the Disneyland tickets purchased through the hotel concierge. I strongly do not recommend buying Disneyland tickets through them. We visited Disneyland for two days, and both days we faced ticketing problems at the entrance. On both the first and second day, there were ticketing issues. The booking names were entered incorrectly, and our names were not properly registered in the ticket system. We ended up being stuck at the gate for almost an hour while waiting for the tickets to be rebooked and corrected. This caused unnecessary stress and wasted valuable time that should have been spent enjoying the park. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I've had with a hotel concierge service, and it significantly affected our Disneyland trip.

    The location is unbeatable if you’re going to Disneyland, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout. Rooms were spacious enough with reliable hot water and thoughtful amenities for young children. Facilities were very nice and the playhouse for kids and were well-maintained and convenient, enhancing the whole experience. Transport options were seamless, adding to the ease of getting around.

    The stay at the hotel was magical. The merchandise at the hotel is wonderful, that should be your first stop before heading to Disneyland to shop without the crowds. The Disney touches in the room to amenities to decoration were top notch. Highlight of stay was meeting the cast characters in the hotel, and also during breakfast. Highly recommend to book a stay here to complete the magical Shanghai Disneyland experience.
