    We enjoyed our stay at park Hyatt very much. You felt welcome once you step into the hotel. The housekeeping service is very impressive as the staff is very meticulous to guest needs. The hotel did not provide mouth rinse but when my own rinse left abit, I was surprised to see one in the toilet.

    All good as always, the room, the vibe, the staff’s service, all spectacular. But I do not particularly fancy Le Labo hair products especially, I might not stay here again because of this.

    This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I was wrongly charged for a bottle of wine that I never touched. I had my own bottle of red wine in the room, which I didn’t even drink, yet the hotel still claimed I consumed theirs. This makes absolutely no sense — my bottle was completely different from what they provide. There is no reasonable way this could have been confused. What’s even more frustrating is that at no point did they clearly inform me about any such charges in advance. Then, when I contacted them to resolve this mistake, instead of taking responsibility, they told me it would take 15 business days to return my money. I even confirmed this multiple times, and they repeated the same thing without any concern. Why should I have to wait 15 business days for a mistake that is entirely their fault? This shows a complete lack of accountability and zero care for their customers. It honestly feels like they are making excuses instead of fixing the issue properly. I am extremely disappointed, frustrated, and angry at how this was handled. The service is careless, unprofessional, and unfair. I would strongly advise others to be very cautious — you might end up being charged for things you didn’t even use.
